New Building
The success story begins with General Cargo Vessel series of 13,000 DWT, 16,500 DWT and 26,000 DWT delivered between 2010–2012 to a Dutch client, plus four 80-car Double Ended Ferries for a Turkish ferry operator.

With a total production area of 250,000 m², Sefine is one of the biggest yards in Altınova. Our facilities, extensive docks and graving dock, supported by our engineering capabilities, offer clients a one-stop comprehensive service – from scheduled dry dockings to damage repair and extensive refit and conversion jobs.

Projects
Cement Carrier
Converted from a bulk carrier into a cement carrier. The vessel was shortened by 10 metres from the parallel body. 850 tonnes of steel were renewed, and the ship was fitted with a dedicated pneumatic loading and unloading system.
NB63 | 4,500 CBM Live Fish Carrier
Our fifth vessel with our partner Frøy. More Maritime led the design. The vessel is designed and equipped for efficient and careful transport and handling of live fish from offshore fish farms to onshore processing plants. It is also arranged for lice treatment by thermo licing. Besides the generator sets, the vessel has a 1,400 kWh energy storage system to reduce fuel consumption. Two tunnel thrusters, one at the bow and one at the stern, each of 800 kW, ease manoeuvring. ABB is the main electrical integrator.
Live Animal Carrier
Converted from a container ship into a live animal carrier. 1,800 tonnes of new steel fabrication and 9 cargo decks.
Osmangazi Bridge
Sefine Shipyard carried out the steel construction of the Istanbul–Izmir Motorway South Approach Viaduct. The project started in 2013, and 17,000 tonnes of steel were processed in 16 months.
