The scope is information sent by people who visit this website and by people who write to the yard through the contact form or by email. Physical security at the yard and operational safety on board a vessel follow separate rules.
Principles
Information received through the website is used for the purpose for which it was sent. Access is kept, as far as practicable, to the department that needs to reply.
Information is protected by reasonable administrative and technical measures against unauthorised access, loss or use outside that purpose. No internet transmission or email system is promised to be absolutely secure.
What you send
Write in the form and in email only what is needed to answer the request. Do not send confidential commercial information, passwords, payment-card details or special-category personal data.
Do not send another person’s personal data without that person’s knowledge. A vessel name or IMO number is optional for docking and repair requests.
Reporting an incident
If you notice a vulnerability, a suspicious message or unauthorised use of this website, write to [email protected]. State the page address and a short description of what you observed. Do not include passwords or exploit detail that could be misused.
The yard will review the report and will contact you again if a reply is needed.
